Cowboys’ Micah Parsons is favorite to win DPOY award

Week 3 of the NFL season has come and gone, and there is a scrap at the top of the oddsboard to win Defensive Player of the Year.

T.J. Watt had taken pole position at +400 after Week 1, with his odds surging up the board from +850.

However, a huge game from Aidan Hutchinson catapulted him to the top of the oddsboard after Week 2.

Where are they now?

Here’s a list of the favorites to win 2024 NFL Defensive Player of the Year via DraftKings Sportsbook as of Sept. 24.

NFL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR ODDS:

Aidan Hutchinson, Lions: +250 (bet $10 to win $35 total)
T.J. Watt, Steelers: +250 (bet $10 to win $35 total)
Micah Parsons, Cowboys: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)

Hutchinson was nothing short of dominant in Week 2 against the Buccaneers, racking up 4.5 sacks, four tackles for loss, five QB hits and a forced fumble.

In Week 3, he had a sack and six total tackles in Detroit’s win over the Cardinals. With that, he moved from +400 to +250.

Hutchinson is the league-leader in sacks with 6.5 through three weeks.

As for Watt, he sat second on the board at +450 last week. In a Week 3 win over the Chargers, he tallied a sack, a tackle for loss and two QB hits.
